WHERE IS YOUR GYM?
Well you are in luck because we have 2 locations in Southampton, one in West End and the other in the City Centre.
WHEN DOES IT START?
This challenge starts 1 February 2022 – once you've completed payment then attended an intro session in January you can get started on the program.
HOW MUCH IS IT?

WHEN ARE THE INTRO SESSIONS?
We have intro session spaces available every Saturday morning but they fill up fast so don’t hang around if you want to get started by February 2022.
DO I HAVE TO DO AN INTRO SESSION?
Yes, every new starter must complete an intro session in order to complete all staring body stat measurements and cover important info that will set you up for success over the challenge.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?
Nope. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get leaner, fitter and stronger over the course of the 4 weeks.
AM I TIED INTO A CONTRACT?
No – the payment for the challenge is a one-off.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROGRAM?
